Panic attacks are quite normal. Everyboday has them and in their own way. I am sure I will have at least one when I get back, even though by that time it will have been a full year since I saw the person. Just breathe like Jennylynn says and remember that someday you will see that person again and not have an attack. You will look at the person and laugh at them, because they will be a thing of the past. It's hard sometimes to see that now but it will happen. I remember you saying to me once that breaking up was like a grieving process, almost the same as if someone dies.... because you go through all these different stages. So give it time and don't beat yourself up if you take longer than others to let go. Shit!I am the queen when it come to not letting go!!!!!!!! I love ya. Rachie
Orginally from the East Coast of Canada, I came to Toronto to persue a careeer in Theatre, and run around in the urban jungle. Growing up to be 6'1" I have certainly developed an interesting view of the world. Wanna visit?
